Whole Woman’s Health Alliance intentionally seeks to open clinics in areas which are most impacted by anti-abortion legislation. Indiana is among the states that have passed new laws in recent years that burden women seeking abortions and force clinics to close. That’s why we are here.
But the fight isn’t over! Right now, the Indiana Attorney General is appealing to the Federal Court to have the injunction to open our doors overturned. That means that at any minute we could receive notice that the clinic must close.
